05/16/2011 - Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-134 Launch
May 16, 2011 at 8:56 AM - Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-134 launches into orbit for the final time. I was very fortunate to be invited to attend this historic launch from the Banana Creek viewing area, 3 miles from the launch pad. My parents and my sister Michele attended with me.
